Underwater hockey, a team sport played with sticks and a lead puck at the bottom of a swimming pool, is also known as the supreme anaerobic game due to the fact that players use snorkels to breathe on the water’s surface before diving to join the action.  Invented in the UK in the 1950s, it is now played in over thirty countries worldwide.

We invite all sports enthusiasts, fitness buffs, and anyone who simply loves to play in the water to come join us for our twice-weekly games. Experienced players are on-hand to teach the basics to new players and anyone interested in trying out this exciting team sport.
